"Mike and Andy knew their plumbing and understood our requirements which turned into a larger job than we anticipated and became a complete bathroom makeover. 

They arrived on time and got straight onto the job. They reassured us that they would only turn the water off occasionally and always leave it on for us overnight. 

By the end of the day everything had been completely ripped out: bath, toilet and washbasin, wall tiling etc. Over the next few days the work proceeded as planned and soon everything started to come together and the new bathroom began to take shape as the chosen fitments were put into place, and finally the flooring and the shower enclosure.

Arrived on time for the quote and on the day of the job, finished in a day, like he said, worked in difficult conditions (we transformed our under stairs cupboard into a loo, and the lights had gone so he had to work by torchlight in a cupboard basically).

"Mike was awesome, it is really rare I think to find a good reliable tradesman, Mike was exactly that and a really lovely guy too.

He replaced a thermostatic shower valve in a pretty tight space working behind the shower so not to disturb the tiles. Mike did an excellent job, was very clean and tidy leaving no mess.
